Motaz Jarrah, personal fitness trainer and nutrition coach

 My name is Motaz, you can call me Taz, an NCCA-accredited NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. With a passion for holistic wellness, my mission is to inspire transformation of the mind through sustainable behavioral changes, the body through personalized physical enhancements, and the soul by empowering clients to build confidence—both in themselves and in their interactions with others. As your personal trainer, I will guide you toward lasting growth that elevates every aspect of your life—mentally, physically, and emotionally, with a promise to give you the best hour of your day.

Personalized Bodily Transformation Specificity

Experience unconventional workouts program specific to your needs, whether it be metabolic conditioning, strength training, muscle hypertrophy, gymnastics and plyometric, online, from home, or at the gym, I will go with what works best to support your fitness goals.

Mental Conditioning and Habit Change

My approach goes beyond physical fitness, focusing on building a resilient mindset and fostering meaningful personality changes. Together, we’ll work on strategies to develop better habits, overcome mental barriers, and cultivate a positive outlook. I’ll introduce you to powerful ideas and tools that can inspire growth and help you unlock your full potential—not just in fitness, but in every aspect of your life. This journey is about creating a stronger, more confident version of yourself. 

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is an integral part of my program, designed to complement your fitness journey.  Whether it’s understanding portion control, improving food choices, or timing your meals, together, we’ll create a personalized approach to nutrition that supports your fitness goals, enhances your energy levels, and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. This isn’t about restrictive diets—it’s about making sustainable changes that empower you to feel your best, inside and out. 

Accountability and Progress Tracking

Consistency is the key to success, and I’m here to ensure you stay on track. Through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and measurable progress markers, I’ll help you stay accountable and motivated. Together, we’ll celebrate milestones and adjust the plan as needed to keep you moving forward toward your goals. 

My philosophy encompasses more than just physical training. By integrating fitness, nutrition, and mental conditioning, I take a holistic approach to help you elevate your overall well-being.
