At PRDX Fitness, we teach kids the fundamentals of safe, effective movement—everything from body-positioning and joint alignment to core engagement and breathing. By mastering proper mechanics early, children build strength, coordination, and posture habits that support their physical health and confidence for years to come. Our CrossFit Kids Club blends skill instruction with fun challenges so every child learns “how” to move—and “why” it matters for their growing bodies.
Each session blends physical, mental, and social skills.
Games, obstacle courses, and team challenges keep kids excited.
Body-weight movements improve balance, agility, and overall fitness.
We teach proper exercise mechanics—joint alignment, core engagement, and movement patterns—that carry over to everyday activities, building lifelong functional fitness and reducing injury risk.

A: Absolutely! Sessions are scaled to each child’s ability. My focus is on positive encouragement and personal progress.
